    Successes/struggles this week: I live in central Texas and its been heating up. I nearly gave my dog heat stroke on one of our walks. So I've had to shorten my walks. I'm looking into buying a camelback.

    Successes/struggles this week: Still struggling with the exercise programme a little, but have rearranged my training plan so I do more earlier in the week - I am generally more tired at the end of the week than the beginning so more likely to slack off.....

    Successes/Struggles this week: some PMS bloat, some overindulgence. I need to get back to paying closer attention to my sodium intake. Also, a bit disappointed with how I am feeling since I started lifting. I cut back a bit on cardio & have been strength training more often. I feel bloated & fat. Period. I WI today not realizing it was supposed to be tomorrow, & lost most of last week's gain. Will post new one tomorrow!

    I have just found this post. I know I'm 2 weeks late but I'd like to join and hopefully make a bit of a change in the next 2 weeks. I've been up and down with my weight for so long and recently have reached probably my heaviest weight. I feel terrible and more importantly am realising how unhealthy it is and the risks I'm putting on my life. So, here goes...

    Successes/Struggles this week: Obviously just starting I haven't had time to have success but my biggest struggle is finding motivation. I'm hoping by having like people to report to each week will give me some motivation. I tend to go on my fitness and healthy eating kick and it will last about 2 weeks. I start losing weight and then think I can slack off. I'm hoping you can keep me motivated and in check!

    Keep your head up!!!..you said you are doing more strength training then cardio. Remember muscle is heavier than fat so it's not all in the WI numbers it's how your cloth fit too... (ok maybe not with TOM currently but maybe next week) :)...keep going ..it will move in the right direction again.

    Successess this week: started off really good, even avoiding the treats around the office. Went out for dinner twice and didn't completely blow it. Held it together over the weekend (one of my major weaknesses).

    Struggles this week: going out for dinner - I could have made better food choices and I noticed treats were creeping into my diet more than they should.

    I find it so motivational to read everyone's experiences. We all have our setbacks, but when other people aren't giving up, it makes it so much harder to justify doing it yourself. Keep going guys. X

    Successes/struggles this week: I think my weight loss from the week before caught up with me this week. My binge the weekend before seems to have only lasted a few days.     Week 1: Getting ready to go on vacation. Road food always kills me and lack of exercise. I plan to really try hard to get in some exercise, enjoy myself but eat in moderation. We'll see!

    Week 2: Vacation and road food! Guess I'm going the wrong way in this thing. Not too worried about it, been on vacation and knew that it was going to be higher this week. I just have to put it in high gear the next few weeks.

    Week 3: Did a good job at losing the vacation wieght, plus a little bit more. Success for this week, found a new exercise, Pickleball... loved it and it gave me a great burn.

    Successes/struggles this week: all went well and I was down to 84.3 kilos for a day, a slight gain for the next day and then a day with a small pizza and 2 drinks; gained back a bit; still, there is a tiny overall loss and I have been back on track yesterday and today so far. I looked at the last month and weigh less than I did before so that's fine.

    Ice cream on my mind all the time, trying hard not to give in too often. I tried the new workout program and still ache from Friday so I hope it works ;-) Swim Class tonight so I hope the weight will go down a bit. Not really discouraged so far even though I would prefer different numbers on the scales.

    Struggles for the week. Not sure if I should log my super physically demanding job where daily I burn about 1000 calories.This has changed my "lightly active " life since I started to log. So I have been logging only 200 calorie burn.

    struggles this week: I'm frustrated because at the start of this i was higher in water retention and it dropped finally the day after the first weight in to week 2's number, the weight just wants to hold on. it seems for me this is a very very slow process. I am, by nature, an impatient person and by numbers should be around 191. As hard as I try, it seems like it is a .5 lb a week process for me :(
