Why? I'm doing low-carb for a pinup contest at the end of the month and wanted to lose some belly fat before then.

Whole wheat cinnamon raisin toast with margarine, 1 tbsp of peanut butter and a cup of cold brew coffee for breakfast. I'm ready to take on the gym!!!!0

Currently eating a mint, if that counts? Prior to that I had a sandwich with tuna, raw bell peppers, and red onion.0

Scrambled egg whites (4), mixed with raw veggies - chopped white onion, broccoli, tomato and mushroom. A handful of micro-greens and half a bag of spicy kale krunch a splash of sriracha. Two slices of turkey bacon. Combo green / mint tea. Slimfast mixed berries drink and a piece of sweetmint orbitz.0
