I am new to my fitness pal and i am gonna put in 24 hrs as well just started today but i am determined i have already accomplished 1 hr 39 mins of working out ( walking ) i am starting out with low impact as my knees are bad0

I am in! I do Zumba every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday for 75 minutes. I also do half hour of circuit training every other day and 45 minutes of treadmill (with incline) every other day that I am not doing circuit training or zumba!)
And yes i work out every day! no rests (no job so i don't need rests lol) (starting work this saturday and only working few hours on the weekends)0 -

06 Sat - 100 kilometre ride on our Bike Friday Pocket Llamas (folding bikes). The route was relatively flat, but had the added challenge of rain for the first half of the ride. Fortunately it was a warm day for winter, and wasn't at all windy for a change!
That was the longest distance we have ridden the folding bikes so far. It was kind of a test ride to see how we would go over that distance. We were reasonably comfortable. I was having a few back/right hip issues, but stretching seemed to help.
100.72 km in 6 hours 25 min 34 sec total.

Perhaps I'll leave out the deskcycle, up to 16th June I'd already done 41.3 hours on that!

Everyone logs differently. I personally only count *intentional* exercise (swimming, biking, running, yoga, lifting, workout videos, etc). I don't count cleaning or walking or hiking or anything like that (ie last night, I walked around the block 4 times - 1.8 miles - to get the rest of my steps in for the day, but I did not count that as exercise...that is just part of my NEAT). I've thought about getting a deskcycle to use at work. Again, not something that I, personally, would count as exercise...but I know others do.0 -
