then the tesco ham i get a lot of different entrees 1 slice 110 calories for example and the salt in it only 100mg no way.

And no we are not saying your lying

We are saying that there is something wrong with your food intake and that you consume somehow more than you think.

If when I scan it says 100g and Ita a 200g pack I put it down as 2 portions and still weigh it incase the pack weight is wrong! I honestly am

But have you checked that the info in the entry is correct?

Are the numbers for calories/macros correct?

How many grams is 5 slices of ham?

I think the MFP is probably doing you a disservice. Try discounting it by 25-50%. Don't give up!

like i said before and there is your mistake
weigh all your food dont go by serving sizes!!!!!
    they can be wayyyyyyyy off.
Search the usda site for the right options and check

Ham has far more salt. Any ham even low sodium ham

I honestly think is 50% carbs.. Seems too much and only 12 days as that is when I started

Nope. Even if you ate mostly carbs, if you were truly eating only that many calories a day (and obviously in a deficit) you would lose weight.

I agree with the posters who have pointed out that bread rolls never way the same, 5 slices of ham never weigh the same; people aren't calling you a liar, you just need to tighten up inaccurate logging.

    by using the wrong entrees.
The entrees in MFP are made by the users
Some will make the correct entrees some people dont.
So if you dont watch it you chose the wrong entree and the numbers arent right

Check it! Like sites as USDA
Ones you found the right entree you can use it over and over again. But dont just think its right

Or you could just work out where you're going wrong, fix it, and get results?

You still haven't answered the question as to whether the entry you use has the correct information in it. Have you checked all your entries for accuracy?

How many grams is 5 slices of ham?

Eat in a deficit. Macros aren't overly important for weight loss... Just get your logging accurate before focusing on other things

oke i just checked the usda site
100 gram of honey cooked ham is 120 calories
Now you have logged somewere 10 slices of ham for 120 calories

And i never believe that 10 slices of ham is 100 gram...it is wayyy more.
