My fitness goal : P90x plus 2 hours of Just dance 2 with my girlies. I watched 7 kids today, so I KNOW I took and extra 500 steps...easily!
Fruit: I love fruit but really don't think it would be realistic for me to try a "new" fruit every day. I don't think there is one at the store that I haven't tried. Anyway, I'm having a granny smith apple (very yummy with laughing cow light swiss) and an orange later in the day.
Emotionally: I'm going to have to say a little bit of everything today, I'm super stressed with so many kids here, but SOOO relieved that hubs got a new job that will not require us to move out of state. Really I'm just a bix mix of everything today!

great workout day today, did zumba and shook my booty like there was no tomorrow, lol.
didnt really have any fruit today, unless you count tomatoes which is totally a berry so it works! lol
today im ENERGIZED. I guess i woke up on the right side of the bed this morning.

Where is everybody today??? Hope you've all got a great day planned! Anybody have big plans for Memorial Day with strategies to stay on track? No plans here, business as usual. BUT Tuesday will likely be a bad day as we are going out to the Casinos with a friend from out of state. Will be working on a plan of attack to survive the temptations....0

So today I ran a 5K and then swam some laps in my brothers pool in fla. visiting my family. I had a mixture of strawberries, blueberries, and banana in greek yogurt mixed with homemade keefir. The word for day is elated. My mother got out of rehab after back surgery and I am visiting with my sisters, brother, mother, aunt and uncle and 2 beautiful neices. Stay strong over the long weekend and enjoy yourself, but don't beat yourself up if you falter because I have learned this is a life style change and life has many hills and valleys on our journey. This is what makes life so interesting. Hang in there Team Living Dead.0

Bhahaha!!! That's awesome! Luckily, I don't "crave" certain things. I do get munchie and pick at stuff. My biggest problem is I get SOOOOO moody!!! EVERYTHING ticks me off! My poor hubby and kids...For me, though, it's the week before, not the week of. So sometimes I don't realize what my problem is then I look at the date......dun dun dun...PMS.0 -
OK, my sweet young ladies....you don't want me to tell you that MENOPAUSE makes you wish you had TOM....really!! Moody...yes, itchy....yes, *****y....yes....things dry out...yes....so don't wish your youth away.... just sayin....

Hi everyone! I hope everyone's weekend is going to be a great one! Since it is going to be a long weekend, I am going to try and set some goals to keep me on track through Monday.
1. Try a Spinning class for the first time (probably Monday morning)
2. Get in exercise today (My boyfriend is visiting, so hopefully he brought his sneakers!)
3. If I can't exercise, I MUST STAY WITHIN MY CALORIES!!

Glad you all could find the thread. Hope everyone has gotten round to adding people. This should be a fun challenge, Ive been going through some serious withdrawal since the end of last season of true blood, cant wait till it starts up again!!

hello every one how is every one doing? sorry I havnt been cheeking in but this is what I did so far got my Cortisone Shot wensday (was in so much pain just now stop crying) and then tuesday I got a severe flu to sick and hurt to workout but I didn't eat anything either but now I'm 65% percent better and I'm back in the game0

Yesterday, my tom hit me like a frieght train. i really suprised myself when i dragged my butt out of bed at midnight to do some zumba even though i spent all day in bed....didnt get my steps in though, but im glad i managed to get in an hour workout.
i didnt have any fruit either unless you count chocolate which is made from cocoa and is grown on trees...lol (grasping at straws here :blushing: )
Yesterday and today, i feel ENCOURAGED that now matter what kind of crappy day im having i still can get up and move! and so can you!0 -

lost 2 pounds this week would of lost more but I was sick so I didn't do any of my cardio or strength training or c25k so now I have to start it over0
