    I'm in...though my fitness will be very light. Injured my hip joint last sunday and on strict rest this week, allowed to stretch next week. So, I'll be keeping it light on the fitness and strong on watching what I eat. I signed up for a 7 day cleanse with 21 day eating clean diet that follows. That starts on July 19th.

    Weight lost/gained this month: bouncing up and down with 2 pounds (June)

    Successes/struggles: Lost 12 lbs in April, but only about 2 since then, put it on , take it off - been trying to get under 200 for the last month - obviously not trying hard enough. hopefully this challenge will help
