Will be about 15k today, maybe a little less, which is AWESOME because...I"M ABLE TO RUN A LITTLE!!! So I'm getting my burn in less steps and less time. :DDDDD0

Not posted for a couple of days but kept the walking up !! Just got in from 6 mile fast walk. .feel shattered but relaxed. ...walking is soo good. ....come on we are all doing great0

Love that I can run now, but that's not enough--my legs will be mad. Lots walking today.

I've done my walk today just over six miles but for some reason just fid not enjoy it. I couldn't get motivated to walk fast. ..ended up doing it at 16 minutes a mile. .slow for me. Usually do it at 14.5..... I don't think I was in the right frame of mind. ....has this happend to anyone else? Have a good day0
