4'11" maintenance range 107-110, currently 114. I gained 9 pounds the last couple of months, working towards getting back to my goal weight0

5'5 and I started a 235, I'm at 214 I want to be at least in the 150sh.0

I bought 4 dresses I think are cute. So my goal is a muscular build that can fit into those dresses. I will have to weigh myself when I get home, I am at my friends place and forgot my scale at home, I am 5'4.1

My body has always been heavy and strong. I was a sturdy/athletic 110 lbs in grade 3. High school 175 (good shape, strong), 185 into mid-20's, before kids. I always felt 'huge' because of the number on the scale, but looking back at the photos I see a healthy (then unappreciated) body. I have a difficult time believing that my body will be healthy at 120 lbs (normal BMI). My current BMI is 30, in high school it was also 30 (was 3" shorter). Will keep an open, flexible UGW and see how I feel.0 -

My goal is to maintain my current weight forever (5'10" 148-155). And to continue to improve my strength and cardiovascular fitness. My heart rate has dropped 25% since I've started maintaining. My blood pressure is still in the low range. AND NEVER GET DIABETES!0

I'm 5'5". Started at 189 pounds (13 stone 7 pounds) now at 174 (12 stone 6 pounds).
The goal is 126 (9 stone), or when I'm happy with how I look and my BMI is healthy.
If anyone has similar specs/goals and would like to keep in contact/share advice then please get in touch!

I'm 5'2" and my goal for right now is 135. I might make my GW a bit lower once I hit that. I'm in the 180s somewhere right now, but I started at 246.1
