    I just thinking the other night when I filled in for a spin instructor I should have had my camera with me to show you guys how much I sweat. I suppose I could have taken it with my phone, but didn't. Mostly I'm weight lifting now, so I don't get really sweaty.

    not pretty at all! But hey I worked my *kitten* off. LOL
    Also I have no idea what with up with my making faces. LOL I guess I was just really that exhausted after 40 minutes of turbo and 30 minutes of insanity. LOL BTW I was drenched in sweat just hard to tell cause I was wearing black.

    Ok, when I first glanced at this, I thought it said SWEATY BUTT PICTURE CHALLENGE.

    try not to laugh at that.:noway:

    I tried to get a good pic, did the 30dS and then ran for 30 min, but my camera was out of batteries, and by the time I found new ones, my sweat was drying up and my lobsterface (as another poster called it) was nearly gone. Usually my face gets beet red after I run.

    ah well.
