I'm under calories, I'm working out about 10-15 minutes a day but I'm burning to many calories.

This doesn't make sense and you need to give a lot more information to get help. Open your diary. What are your stats, goals and calorie intake? The obvious guess is you're eating more than you think and burning less.

I sincerely doubt you're burning too many calories in 10 minutes

A ten minute workout that burns a lot of calories? I think we all want a piece of that!

I spent 10 minutes on the rowing machine this morning, smashing it to get as much distance as I could... and apparently that was 36 calories (half an apple!)

Yeah that was a waste of time! Download sworkit lite and choose cardio and do a workout post how it goes!

Am I drunk? Not really understanding what's going on in here, and I'm usually pretty swift.

On a humorous yet slightly unrelated side note... when I googled, "don't drink and MFP" psulemon's avi showed up on images.

You don't own the forums? Please only say and do logical things. We can't help you if you dont provide details.

Are you going to elaborate on your stats, intake, burns, etc., or should we make blind guesses?

Ps this isn't your chat. It's a public forum. You don't get to dictate the replies.

10-15 minutes of activity burns like 50 calories. Maybe. Depends on the activity. It's doubtful you are "burning too many calories".

Also, your calorie goal is a goal, which is meant to be met or surpassed.

i'm not sure what you could be doing in 10-15 minutes that is burning too many calories.

what "whole calorie amount" are you eating? what kind of deficit are you doing?

I've done sworkit workouts. They really aren't that intense? Especially not "burning too much" intense.

I guarantee you're not burning as much as you think in sworkit. What's your CI/CO per day?

    Huh???

So you are eating 2000 calories a day and burning 500 calories in 15 minutes of exercise?

From your original post you are eating under your calorie limit, burning 500 calories in 15 minutes of exercise, but still not losing weight. Is that correct?

... can you repeat the question? I'm lost.

Something to keep in mind: If you're letting MFP calculate your calorie burn, you're going to be off. MFP tends to over estimate calorie burn a lot, sometimes up to twice what you're actually doing. Your best bet is to get some kind of heart rate monitor and keep track that way. I have a tracker with one so it calculates for me because I suck at math, but you can do it manually if you want to. That will be a LOT more accuate and will help you balence things out better.

There is literally no way you are burning 500 calories in 10-15 minutes.
