How do I lose weight but still eat the whole calorie amount I need

I'm under calories, I'm working out about 10-15 minutes a day but I'm burning to many calories.

This doesn't make sense and you need to give a lot more information to get help. Open your diary. What are your stats, goals and calorie intake? The obvious guess is you're eating more than you think and burning less.0 -

I spent 10 minutes on the rowing machine this morning, smashing it to get as much distance as I could... and apparently that was 36 calories (half an apple!)0

Yeah that was a waste of time! Download sworkit lite and choose cardio and do a workout post how it goes!0

10-15 minutes of activity burns like 50 calories. Maybe. Depends on the activity. It's doubtful you are "burning too many calories".
Also, your calorie goal is a goal, which is meant to be met or surpassed.0 -
