Great question! For me:
1. I can do interval run/walks for 3 miles (1 min run-3 min walk)
2. I walked 12.8 miles in 3:30 - which I never thought I could do.0 -

Great question! For me:

Happy Friday everyone! Went up a tiny bit this week, but I am trying not to be discouraged. I need a swift kick in the a** for next week. I have found myself slipping with my food (eating too much of things I shouldn't) and letting other things take priority over getting into the gym. I am getting so close to my goal and I really want to obtain it. Thanks for all the support of this group... I really appreciate it! Have a great holiday weekend.

It happens, I need to stay on track too. I will do it for 75% of the month, but I want to get through it 100%. I know this time of year there are lots of cook outs, company picnics, graduation parties, etc. But luckily, I don't have any of those things going on. We will have a small barbecue on Memorial Day, but its one and done. It will only last for Monday and then after that, I will be back on my A game. Only thing in June is father's day and my husband is very laid back, so I don't think that will be much of a problem.
I hope to fit in well with a tight nit group. Thanks for welcoming me with open arms. I look forward to getting to know everyone. I am so close to my first goal, but I know it doesn't end there. So a group like this will be just what I need to give me an extra push.

Woo Hoo! Made into the 130's! (just barely, but it IS the 130's) Had a verty tough week. Threw an engagment party Friday night for my nephew and his fiance. It was really nice, weather cooperated, it was beautiful. We actually had the yard all cleaned and the pool opened already. Bad part was served some high calorie drinks and h'ordeurves! Then had a cookout yesteday, more poor choices.
Back on track today. I haven't been able to go to Yoga because I have been having a pretty bad flare up of of my asthma for the past week or so. I go to Power Yoga (hot) so want to wait till I can breath correctly, went back on my steroid inhaler yesterday so hopefully it will clear up soon. May try going on Monday. I think it actually helps with the breathing because I hadn't gone since last week and asthma getting worse?
Really hoping to be able to make goal by Tuesday, we'll see......
