That's great! It's a long road but worth it. Short term goals at first! Celebrate them. I am a huge advocate for bariatric surgery. I had a gastric sleeve 6 months ago best decision I ever made!0

What a great success you are already!!! :flowerforyou: Congratulations for making the decision to make this happen. I can tell you that NOTHING but great things await you!!! Any seemingly insurmountable obstacles will topple easily if you just give it a push! I started out at least 475 lbs and my first joyful rewards and huge motivator to continue ever stronger was stepping on the new scale I got when I first started and finally seeing actual numbers instead of "OL" which meant "Over Load" :frown: That was when I finally dropped under 400 lbs and I haven't looked back. Please stay committed and obsessive to make this a lifetime change. You will never regret it!!! :drinker:0

There were many years where I couldn't weigh myself due to the scale not going high enough. I could have found some specialist and weighed in but at that point in my life I just didn't care. So this is my first real 50 lbs lost. Because I never knew exactly how big I was. But Hey I hope I will be posting again in the near future with my next 50 lbs loss because everyone knows I have much more to go! It's a nice change to have my clothing not fit me because it's getting to big instead of to small! Not to mention all the hours playing in the pool with mu0 -
Congrats. I wish you the best of luck0

I'm rooting for you and have no doubt you'll be posting more success!

Congrats! And looking forward to your continued success. You can do it, never give up. My kids are my motivation as well. They sure do help keep me active as well!0
