From 350 lbs to 220 lbs (Progress photo)

Although I'm currently struggling with progress I wanted to share where I'm currently at. Since the before photo taken in about 2009 I've completed multiple half marathons, marathons, four 50k trail runs, three 50 mile trail run, and 100 mile trail run. It's always a struggle but it's important to remember that all the little successes add up to big things.

Impressive transformation! I started at 336 and my goal is also 220, 89 lbs to go. Thanks for sharing. In addition to running I assume you did quite a bit of strength training.0

Awesome change. Wish I could find a way to get comfortable lifting so as I lose weight I gain muscle to reduce the loose skin I know I will have.0

Thank you for this. It is great advice. I've lost before and gained back and it never really occurred to me that, when I need it, I can be honest with myself and give myself a break by maintaining. I will try to do this in the future. Congratulations on your success!0 -
