Eat some different stuff or you'll burn out. Have a banana, it won't kill you.0

First, you are eating way too little. The recommended absolute minimum intake for men is 1500 calories. You've lost a lot of weight in a very short amount of time and while you likely had a lot to lose, it's dangerous to continue down that path.
Drastic caloric deficits are only safe under strict medical supervision.
What are your stats.
You can get food suggestions in the Low Carbing Group:

Every time i do i gain like 5 lbs, Dr says im carbohydrate intolerant. Witch sucks becaus all good tasting things have carbs or surge.0
-
20 carbs and 1100 calories? That seems terribly low. I'm going to assume your Doctor gave you this limitation. Did you have WLS? Well, one of my low carb go-to is a tuna salad w/ pumpkin seeds served in a green pepper. The way I make it is 227 calories and 11 carbs. That's over 1/2 your allotment so idk if that will work for you. Still though, it's what I have to offer as a suggestion.0
-
I'm sorry, but you're burning out because you're eating WAY TOO LITTLE!! As a man, you should at least be eating a MINIMUM of 1500 calories a day. Not 1100. :noway:
There's absolutely nothing wrong with eating some fruit. And truth be told, you can eat whatever foods you'd like as long as they fit within your daily calories.... and I'm pretty sure that MFP didn't give you 1100.0 -
The ONLY way you should eat such a low caloric amount is under DIRECT MEDICAL SUPERVISION AND PRESCRIPTION. What you are asking for is well below the MFP minimum intake for a man.0

Lots of menu and recipe ideas and ways to maybe give you some variety in your daily menu0 -

A lot of times the weight contributes to that. Have you re-checked since you've lost such an awesome amount? Check the link @PeachyCarol posted, you can do low-carb without going no-carb.
Also - I find a ribeye mighty good tasting, but I know what you mean0 -

That's glycogen replenishment. It's a temporary gain.
There are plenty of people with insulin resistance (carb intolerant). But eating as low calorie as you do with that low of a carb intake is not healthy. Is your doctor advocating this? How is your supervision with the very low calorie diet? How often do you see him? Has he referred you to a dietician?0 -
First off thanks for the concern. Im under DIRECT MEDICAL SUPERVISION . I started at 500lbs and im 6'2" and im now at 365. My DR is keeping an eye on all my levels and so far everything is looking good. I was doing this at first as prep for bariatric surgery but now with the loss im not going to have it. I lost 50 lbs in first mounts 30 in mouth 2 and now im losing about 10 - 15 lbs a month. just getting sick of greems and protein need to find some new ways to put them together.0

Psucato--sounds like a VLFAT diet too.. being low calorie, low fat and no suragor or carbs is severe, but it has worked for yu!!
Low Carbers DO eat FAT…like real butter, fatty meats vs lean, heavy cream vs milk
<30 carbers are eating a "cheesecake" desert 6oz cream cheese , 2 tbl butter..mix together with AS, add lemon flooring/or zest and have "cheesecake'… you can also roll a ball of cream cheese ( 1 tbl) in dry Jello sugar free gelatin, and have an amazing fruity treat
If your MD is not allowing saturated fats there is little you can do, and I'd be sick of just greens and meat..but this will be your life especially f you stay at VL calories and the body gets used to so little. hopefully you are raising calories SOME time??0 -
What do your meals look like? How about taco's wrapped in lettuce, baked tomato egg cups, baked ziti using sliced zucchini instead of noodles.. etc. If you could tell me how you are preparing your food now maybe I can help with some ideas? Are you willing to open your dairy? Congrats on your recent loss. Also talk with Dr's maybe they can help you with idea's0

It's irresponsible to give him bog-standard advice since he's under direct medical supervision.
OP, I am so relieved to hear you're working with a medical team! I would strongly recommend speaking with your nutritionist. If your foods are limited, it might be easier if you could list what you can eat, and the more creative cooks can give you some ideas on what to do with them.
Anything beyond that is really more than what you should be asking here.
Congratulations on your success so far!

OP - awesome success….but I agree with the others that you should talk to your DR about some other foods that u can incorporate into your diet.
what is a sample menu of what you have been eating?0 -
I got a good list of foods but the issue i find is that i cant finger out the best way to make meals out of them i will post a list 2maro of all the foods she says is ok but the idea is anything that is not hige in carb. IE fish Chicken Turkey but i have talked to her and she says that its ok if i go over on fat if i try to keep the carbs low . Try googling :recipe finder based on ingredients. There are several free apps and places like allrecipes.com probably have something like this as well.0

How about a jamablaya with chicken breast/thigh and shrimp, peppers, and tomatoes? Also a ground turkey chili. I make mine with beans, but you could sub those out for mushrooms, red peppers and zucchini. Maybe some sort of baked eggplant parm just without the breading (assuming you can eat cheese).0

He went to his doctor and his nutritionist wrote what he can eat. He was also 500 lbs so loses much faster to start with ( which will slow down later) than somebody who has less to lose like you.

Round two. I'll come back for round three later. Seriously though: that is an awesome selection of foods to work with! The only difference with my diet is that I eat less meat but get to include dairy and fruit. Since those do not tend to go into dinner meals anyway...
- 'Asian' mushroom stir-fry with scallops and bell peppers
- asparagus, boiled egg, and beef/lamb flake stir (or rolls, in lettuce)
- zucchini baguettes with tomatosauce, tomato, bell pepper, and beef
- baked egg wrap tacos with ground beef, tomato sauce, romato, bell peppers, etc.
- baked egg egg rolls with 'Asian' stir-fry
- (grilled) spaghetti squash hash browns with green beans and a fried egg
- egg 'pancakes' with cinnamon
- radish and watercress salad (side dish)
- spaghetti squash pasta with scallops and kale
- bell pepper strips with herring and tomato dip
- turnip and okra mash with lobster (or crab, or shrimps)
- fried egg wrap with spicy lamb and cabbage (kabab style)
- portobello crab cakes with scallions and watercress
- green bean, mushroom, and minced beef 'cottage pie' with turnip mash
- kale chips
- oven baked summer squash, turnip, and fennel platter
- no-crust quiche with spinach, broccoli, and tomato
- cabbage leaf sushi with cauliflower rice, fish, and cucumber0 -
just joining to follow the suggestions. congrats on your success this far!0
