I think that comparision picture... the woman on the left well I think she used some substances, I don't think women have enough testosterone for that to happen.0

Both require dedication ... the left also requires significant supplementation.
Pretty sure the pic on the right required some surgery. Not that there's anything wrong with surgery if that's what you want.
Then why point it out? This thread isn't about whether lifting gets you big boobs or not -.-0 -

Just saying lifting alone is unlikely to get you that body.0 -

Women cannot create enough testosterone to look like left photo.

However ill or well intended your family may be, they dont seem qualified through experience to offer advice on weightlifting.
Your bones and Shoulder width etc is not going to change whether you lift or not.
From a lady who lifts and lifts heavy, lifting is not and has not made me bulky. Eating poorly made me bulky. Lifting has firmed everything up so as the fat drops from healthy eating I look firmer. Firm is good.
If it were that easy to bulk up from weight lifting there would be no market for steroids.0 -

That had nothing to do with the topic or OP's concerns. Maybe stop focusing so much on what you think can't be achieved or trying to point out things on other people's bodies when the topic doesn't pertain to it.

Flaws in other people's bodies?? WTH? Sorry, I'm not in the mood to bicker so have a great day.0 -

My apologies, I worded that wrong. I corrected it above, but it still doesn't change you decided to nitpick a person's figure in a way that had nothing to do with the topic. The pictures weren't put on this thread to deem whether you could have big breasts or not from lifting. It was about the reality that the OP wouldn't get "bulky" as her family keep trying to convince her.0 -

The flaw you pointed out is the fake breasts. WHY I still don't know?

I am only 5'2" and will never be smaller than a size 8. Why I have broad shoulder and a butt and big thighs. I weigh in at 172 right now and no one believes me. I lift weights, I am 49 and don't want saggy butt, so lots of legs.
Body weight exercises will give you strength, will build muscle, etc. Just like lifting weights will build muscle. I lift heavy for me. I am not any bigger from that, but I am strong and I can take care of me and my butt doesn't sag
Do what you like and don't worry about what any one else has to say!!!!
as for family mine say things like "are you going to eat that?" "you look like a sway back horse", etc. At this point in my life I am numb to it. I eat healthy and try to keep the weight down to protect my joints and I feel better from it. I love to workout, I love to lift, etc.
Don't let others drag you down!0 -

Damn you go girl! I love hearing people's weights and how they are happy with themselves. The number on my scale makes me angry, I hope to be like you one day. Thanks for the inspiration0 -
