Personal Independance Day Challenge Starts Monday 5/30/11

            Thanks Heidi for the clarification!!! I don't know how to lose 40 lbs in 5 weeks--- although sometimes I wish I did! LOL. Glad I posted this was my first challenge. Let's try this again!

            Hey Gang!
 Keep those Starting Weigh ins coming in! The list is growing as I type! But I fear I have confused some of you, todays posting is just your Starting Weight (SW), your weight as of today, and your Goal weight (GW) the amount you want to lose by July 4th. This is not week 1. Week 1 weigh in will be next Monday. I just wanted to make sure everyone was on the same page! So today's posting should look like this:
 SW: 173
 GW: 165
 That's all I need!
 Next Monday when you post it should look like this:
 Week 1 (6/6/11)
 SW: 173
 CW: 171

I find that when I'm tempted to eat something I shouldn't I'll spend sometime on this site, maybe post on the thread about how I'm feeling and sure enough, someone is out there to give me the "You can do it" speech and not only have I distracted myself from staying out of the refrigerator but I've gotten the support I needed to get through the day. One day at a time is what you have to remember! That's why these mini challenges are so helpful I feel, makes it not quite so overwhelming. Anyhoo, have a great week everyone!
