5'6. CW 197 and my goal weight is 155-165. I 've gain 15 the past year and this time around I'm having the hardest time losing weight. But I am getting married next year and refuse to get a dress at the size I am at now. So by the beginning of next year I want to be at my goal weight.0

Hey ladies. I just turned 38, am 5'11" and currently weight 325. I started weight watchers two months ago and joined the local gym. I'm sweating my butt off almost everyday for 1 1/2 hours and I'm just not seeing any progress. Before I started I didn't notice any flabby arms. Now, for the first time tonight, I'm noticing real bad flab. I'm so confused and just don't know what I'm doing wrong.0

Me too. I started at 300, am currently at 209 and would like to get to 190. Actually, I would be ecstatic to weigh 200.
I'm right there too! I'm 5'10"-5'11" and my highest weight was 293, current weight is 210, and goal weight was 190 though now I'm thinking more like 175 (high "normal" BMI) so my Dr. will get off my back. At this point I'm just dying to get on the scale and see a number that begins with a 1! haha Anyone here have a before and after photo of a little over 200 to 170ish that they would like to share for inspiration?
My picture is before & currently. SW 210 CW 176 GW 140. Feel free to add me

Well, the very un-scientific answer is that sometimes things get loose/flabby for a while before they tighten up again. It's an ebb-and-flow kind of thing.
Likely you are doing things right, it just takes your body a little while to catch up.0 -

I became diabetic and just hated myself that I couldn't keep up with my kids and their activities. Now I can't seem to budge past 170 no matter what I try ready to give up ..again0

I admit to knowing what I need to do to change, I just don't have the drive...but more and more I am frustrated with the clothes I have, and want some new ones...
