    Whew! I thought I lost the thread, didn't realize it was moved, lol. I need to start paying better attention :)

    I usually weigh in on Wednesdays so my number is from last Wednesday. I'm not really expecting all that much considering the holiday weekend and TOM coming for a visit.

    ahah Friday is my weigh in I just stepped on the scale but it doesnt usually fall off until wed or thurs LOL...

    I have 14 of 43 people checked in. We have a total of 47 but one is a cheerleader and the others weigh on on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

    Been exercising loads, but not really tracking food. Today I start tracking food so hope to see results next week. The holiday weekend didn't help either with excessive food and drink on tap. Feeling motivated today.

    Getting the exercise in and feeling better are the keys. Great job on the motivation. We will see the results next week.
