Okay guys... It's June!!! What are your goals? Where do you want to be a month from now? We saw a lot of losses in May... a couple gains, but this is a NEW month! We are starting fresh!!
Okay This is how I would like your weights/goals posted so it makes it easier to make a chart! Not to sound mean, but you will NOT be included in the chart if you tell me to get your details from your status. Commit, follow the format, and it will be a great month!

First challenge of the month: Eat a min of 3-5 servings of fruits/and or Veggies a day! & Do 10 extra push-ups every day (they can be modified, or wall just do them! )

As of 2 days ago I cut out soda. When I started MFP 3 months ago I was drinking 32 oz cup of regular Dr Pepper EVERYDAY...:blushing: and i wondered why I was gaining so much weight so fast... lets not even talk about the sweet tea intake... Well a month in I changed to Diet DP and cut out reg all together and changed to unsweet tea (with added splenda). Well I think it is time to let the diet soda go also.. I think I will cut it back to if I really really need it but less then once a week and go on from there. Good luck everyone and happy loss :laugh:0 -

I am so excited to see this challenge continue! It has really helped to hold me accountable. Now, I do not know what happened between yesterday and today with my weight. Yesterday's weigh-in was 149 and today I'm 153! I did slip and have 2 glasses of Sangria but I don't think it's 4lbs worth! Good luck to everyone!0 -

It has been suggested that we also add what reward you have for yourself when you reach your goal. MY long standing reward is that when I am down 10 pounds (130) I will get my hair cut and colored. I haven't had either really done in 2 years so this is HUGE for me. It is my mini make over! My husband thinks that if I cut my hair though it will account for a decent amount of weight.0
