Sorry I didn't weigh in.... I didn't forget, I was just discouraged with my gain after a holiday/ birthday weekend. My weigh in today was 179.5....puts me higher than the start of this challenge. I know it isn't a "true" weight and most of it will come off quickly.0

I am just going to use 130.8 as my ending weight. Didn't make it to my goal this month, but I love the motivation this group gives me. Thanks again!!0

Sorry I haven't weighed in yet. As of Sunday I was up to 191 which is a 2lbs gain. Ill weigh in weds and use that as my final weigh in. I've been having a rough 2 weeks. The loss of my uncle Sunday resulted in binge eating. And this morning I ate an entire box of the stuffed french toast from ihop
hoping to find my motivation and get back on track!
