    I've lost weight before, but due to holidays, parties and extreme cravings, I gained them all back :(.. but anyways, I will put an effort to start losing them all again :smile: .

    Successes/struggles this week: Keeping under calorie goal when not exercising. I find myself nibbling and snacking through out the evening..Exercising in the evening suppresses the urge to snack..

    Day 1: my biggest success this week is joining this challenge! After losing 50 pounds, I feel off the wagon about a month ago and gained 4 pounds back. I have worked too hard to fall backwards! Here's to get back on track and getting it back together!!

    Successes/struggles this week: Wooo that's more like it! I knew my weight was a little inflated this past week, so it's nice to see things shake back out. Adjusted my goal weight down a pound, because it's definitely doable to lose 3.2 pounds in 4 weeks! Happy to be in the 180s finally!! :smile:
