    Going to make a quick pizza on an Udi's gluten-free crust (turns out very thin). Going to put spinach, fresh basil, thin sliced tomato and pineapple on it. MMmm. Can't wait.

    I had crispy chilli chicken (421 calories a portion). Recipe link below, I just changed the beef to chicken! (I used 560g of chicken for 4 portions)

    Baked spaghetti squash with tomatoes, some shredded colby jack cheese, and two over-easy eggs thrown on top. And a baby arugula salad with tomatoes and some shredded cheese and some vinaigrette dressing (overabundance of tomatoes in the garden here...)
