    Tami, how long have you been on your program?
    Well I joined MFP in Feb of 2008 but I have been doing the same thing (counting calories and exercising) since September of 2007. So, about 16 months.

    I know you can! Just take it a week at a time and make one small change after another. Don't stress yourself out. Slowly change your lifestyle and it will almost seem effortless. :smile:

    Nuts? Good source of protein and they help you not too look funny in swim trunks.
