    Successes/struggles this week: It's been a tricky week as I've been feeling hormonal. Almost threw in the towel on Tuesday after I ate a cupcake and two bars of chocolate but managed to get back on track. Slightly disappointed it's 'only' a pound loss this week but I lost 3 lbs the previous week. The main thing is it's heading the right direction. A friend said yesterday that I'd lost weight too and I hadn't told her I was dieting!

    Successes/struggles this week: I'm so pleased to have finally gone under 13 stone. It feels like a big barrier has disappeared. Got my hair cut on Thursday and yesterday everyone commented on how slim I was looking. Very motivating. Good start to the month, keep it up everyone!

    Successes/struggles this week: Upping calories again this week, this time by 150 as doing more classes at the gym in addition to a lot of walking. No struggles as such though know I've done way more work than the numbers suggest but hey ho..... :)

    I'm in! Been struggling immensely recently (depression, low self esteem and general crap feeling - haven't gained or lost anything for 4 weeks so just need to move more)
    Started the 30 day shred this morning so just the boost I need! Also have decided to try a no alcohol couple weeks as that's my main downfall.

    After going through a very frustrating plateau for approx 7 days I have really kicked on this week, especially with the exercise. A total of just under 6000 calories burned this week (a little swimming and a lot of elliptical trainer). Very happy with the results.

    Successes/struggles this week: I really wanted to be under 200 but not there quit yet. I struggled with being very tired this week and didn't get quite as much exercise as I planned. I think too much sodium this week as well. But I stayed under on calories every day (according to fitbit, a little over one day by MFP).

    Successes/struggles this week: I managed to do Zumba 20 minute express 5 days this week and I was able to limit my soda consumption to just 1 per day (I'm a soda-holic). Carrying a reusable water bottle every day has really helped me drink more water and to stop grabbing for the soda cans.

    Successes/struggles this week: I had one "cheat" day, but was able to stay in deficit an all other days. I exercised almost daily and did a new hand balancing pose in yoga, after many, many tries and fails.

    Successes/struggles this week: I logged each day. Boring but it works. Cut out alcohol and basically stayed within the 1200 count.
    I've had difficulty keeping up with exercise. This week has been so busy w work and prepping for a 10 day trip away. Luckily my work is physical. Next week will be a true test of wills as I'll be wanting to have as much fun as I can with grand baby boys. My heart is aching to see those two.

    Successes/struggles this week: Well, it was the morning after a wedding when I weighed in last week, so looks artificially high in the loss department, but it does feel good :) Despite a trip to Vancouver, being taken out on my last day of work, and some stress and excitement this week I hit my fitness goals and ate pretty well. I have a birthday party today and a wedding tonight, then starting a new job on Monday so will need to really think ahead!

    • Success: Went out to eat once at my favorite Mexican place, and didn't eat super well... but controlled portions and burned off the extra calories the next day. That was the only day I went over my daily calories.
    • Struggle: For the first time I was unable to complete my C25K day. I'm on W7D2 (25min jog) and I went to a new park to run. I don't think my body was used to the hills and I could only do 20 minutes of jogging with a few periods of walking. Oh well - rest up, fuel the body, and I'll get it next time.

    Successes/struggles this week: I am not that upset at all with a .6 pound gain this week. My birthday was Wednesday, and each team I work with at work separately bought me a cake (and I'm not going to sit there and refuse when they spent their personal money on it) so I had some of that, another coworker bought me a surprise gourmet cheeseburger, again from his personal money, and I'm way too polite to turn it down. Plus, its not sustainable for me to not have treats on my birthday. :) Also, my plantar fasciitis started coming back this week, so I had to dial back the exercise quite a bit. While that's not the main part of weight loss, its extremely motivating for me, and I missed it. Feeling better now and back on track!

    Successes: I have been doing extra exercise for the GoTs Challenge and have surprised myself by how much I can actually do.
    Struggles: I struggled to get in my 10,000 steps every day, because of the time I have spent doing Strength and Flexibility workouts and other tasks for the Challenge. Not too upset, though, as it is great fun and the other House members are fab.
