    I am going to join in now. My goal is to not snack after my calories are done. Lately, I've been snacking after midnight and adding to the next day. Saying no to that. If I am going to have something, I might as well fully enjoy it the next day. Today I had some peach slices and added to the next day. Oops. Atleast it was healthy.

    Tough last night, so I went to bed early to get away from the kitchen. Took forever to get to sleep, but I didn't snack and kept off the electronics too!

    Ready to go for August! TY for the new challenge! My goal is to continue improving from last month! One note, I will be on a mission trip the last 2 weeks and won't be able to log in until I get back. So let the challenge begin and good luck to everyone o:)

    Great call, getting away from the kitchen (impulse snacking) and the screens (boredom/mindless snacking)! Keep up the great work! That's an example many of us should follow.
