SAY "NO" TO LATE NIGHT SNACKING -- AUGUST 2015 CHALLENGE

I am going to join in now. My goal is to not snack after my calories are done. Lately, I've been snacking after midnight and adding to the next day. Saying no to that. If I am going to have something, I might as well fully enjoy it the next day. Today I had some peach slices and added to the next day. Oops. Atleast it was healthy.

Great call, getting away from the kitchen (impulse snacking) and the screens (boredom/mindless snacking)! Keep up the great work! That's an example many of us should follow.0 -
