    Ready to go for August! TY for the new challenge! My goal is to continue improving from last month! One note, I will be on a mission trip the last 2 weeks and won't be able to log in until I get back. So let the challenge begin and good luck to everyone o:)

    I did have to resort to using my late cut-off when we had company. I probably could have curbed the snacking while playing cards, but I did stop in time so I am still counting it as a victory.

    Mind if I join? I know it's halfway into the month but I'm just getting back on the wagon and this is just what I need. I can be good all day then totally out of boredom eat the same amount of calories over again and not even want to have what I'm eating
