I did have to resort to using my late cut-off when we had company. I probably could have curbed the snacking while playing cards, but I did stop in time so I am still counting it as a victory.

Which is why I said, save some calories so you can late snack? What's so difficult about doing that? Is there like some bro science article I need to know about that says eating past a certain time is bad?0 -
