I'm totally joining this challenge! I have a lot going on this month, so it will be interesting to see how the calorie burn stacks up I play beach volleyball (2s and 4s) twice weekly, I'm doing a boot camp 3x/week in the mornings, and I'm training for a half marathon which is on the 19th of June. Woo!
My starting weight on May 31st was 177 pounds, per my scale. I also am not weighing myself until my boot camp ends on June 30th, so I won't be updating those numbers.
My goal is 165 - but we'll see!
So far in this challenge, I've burned 2017 (been down and out with a cold this week), so I'm hoping this next week is better for me!

Looks like everyone is having a great first week!
I'm training for a big bike ride in July so I logged over 11 hours of cycling this week alone. I also got in some walking, running, softball, and strength training.
According to MFP I burned 9104 calories. I knocked off 15% as someone above suggested so that would be 7738 calories for the week so that is the number I am going with.

I've only had it for not even 24 hours and it has been such great motivation. When I am working out and see my heart rate isn't where I need it to be it makes me push harder! And to watch the calories burned tick away is AWESOME!!! TOTALLY worth the money!0 -
5807 Calories burned so far. Only 19,193 to go lol. No changes in my weight yet but I had visitors for a few days and I wasn't very good about my calorie intake. This week will be a different story! I'm pumped and ready to burn some more!
