Successes/struggles this week: Started back at teaching for the fall semester so it's been a little bit more of a struggle to plan and get exercise in. I'm also exhausted so I tend to not get a lot of extra steps in so my calorie burn is getting lower. Hopefully things will pick up as I adjust again. I need to find a time to get to the pool because that really helps me.
I've lost 17 lbs since the beginning of June when I started MFP and I lost 6 lbs. in August. I'm hoping to do the same in September, which would put me under 190 for the first time in many years.0 -

Success/struggles this week: I weighed myself for the first time in YEARS on Aug 12 and it was 281 (believe it or not I was pleased with this, I had prepared myself to see like 350) and since then have lost 4ish lbs. I feel like the number should be moving more quickly but trying not to be impatient. I didn't work out at all last week so will try and be more active this week and hopefully the numbers start to move in the right direction!0 -
