Ok, looks like a good turn out for the challenge.
Bummed that I am the only guy though.
I am so confident this time, that I am going to photograph my progress and save on my computer.
I am also only wearing loose long sleve shirts until March. I wanna shock everyone come March.

I was afraid I was setting myself up to fail by setting a goal of 15 lbs. Plus I dont want to loose too fast.

I only manage to lose around 4 pounds a month, but since I've been kinda outta of it for the past couple of months, perhaps my body will respond like I just started and lose more (like you do when you first start!)

By Valentine's Day let's aim for 150? But I'd be happy with 153 (since that's the 5 pounds I gained in the month of December from all the goodies, drinks and parties):grumble: :grumble:

I am really new to this, but I would love to join if that is ok. I started on this website a long time ago, but quickly fell off the wagon, but I am really motivated to try again.
So, unfortunately, I weigh in at 197- and my goal- is 185 for VDay!!!!
And I started exercising as of today — I did 20 minutes of circuit training!!0 -

I really hope so!! I am so tired of being sooo overweight!!! I feel lousy all the time, enough so that I went to the doctor where they told me to lose 70 pounds!!! I have been putting it off, but after the holidays, I knew I had to do something — I just can't carry on like this!!!!!!
