    Hello Ladies & Gents!

    I've stumbled upon a great breakfast that's super full of protein and have very little calories. 1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese, 1 ounce of Greek yogurt. I I use the Dannon Lite & fit. I usually mix 1/2 a lg container of Daisy Low Fat Cottage Cheese with one container of yogurt then spoon out the serving.

    It's only 108 Calories but has 15 grams of protein to keep you fuller longer. :-)

    Successes/struggles this week: I'm going into September after a weekend of not logging and too much eating. I slacked on my water intake, which always makes a difference for me, so goal one is to get that regulated over the next few days.

    I was so happy to see my results in early August, but I let other things get in the way and distract me from maintaining the losses. Not this month! I want to lose as much as I can and establish better habits before the cold weather and holidays get here.

    Hip is hurting.
    Also got some bad news, which is stressing me out - My body holds onto the weight when I am stressed, but I know it will 'whoosh' eventually!

    On the 'Successes' side:
    The last time I remember weighing this 'little' was about 13 years ago.
    Oh! and all of the long walks and bouts of tug and ball, ball, ball mean my dog follows me around the house and watches my every move with adoration.

    Successes/struggles this week: Losing my last 7 lbs in September is going to require a LOT of exercise. I'll be shooting for 14 hrs/week. Need to just focus on 1 day at a time. Eat well, move a lot.
