Great job! I am just getting started, but need to lose about 90 lbs as well. I'm 6 weeks in down 15lbs and already feeling much better. I think after the 3rd or 4th week of logging and forcing myself to do cardio, it has changed my mindset from IF to WHEN. It's going to happen... just takes a lot of mental strength to make good decisions.0

Start slow in exercise but always look to improve in every workout don't settle for just doing a workout. The main thing and the most important is your mind, you need to be committed and block out negative thoughts or doubts and do the work because the results and rewards are worth it. Good luck
