    Frustrated weight is hanging in there working out 6 days a week trying to stick with low-carb diet but it's really kicking my butt making me more tired Ugh! Hope everybody's day is going Great!!

    Well finally weighted myself - have put on 3-4 kg since I started anew job in March and hurt my knee so can't so as much exercise as I did. Hoping I can lose that weight more easily.
    Going to weigh myself on Fridays as this works better for me.

    By the way if anyone can tell me how to rotate my profile picture that would be appreciated, it was upright in the file when I uploaded :neutral:

    OMG...I have the same problem. I wrote to tech support but it must be some automated generic response because their advise was to "edit" my photo when I wrote them that it is in the right direction of the original so there is nothing to edit. So besides my profile photo I can't upload anything. Grhhh....

    Successes/struggles this week: Well it is that time of the month so I have been eating like crazy. Yesterday I had froyo, peanut butter, and taco bell all after dinner! So I want to work on not giving into my cravings! My success so far has been that I have gone for a run every single day this week which almost never happens! I'm really proud of myself for that.

    Hello Ladies & Gents!

    I've stumbled upon a great breakfast that's super full of protein and have very little calories. 1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese, 1 ounce of Greek yogurt. I I use the Dannon Lite & fit. I usually mix 1/2 a lg container of Daisy Low Fat Cottage Cheese with one container of yogurt then spoon out the serving.

    It's only 108 Calories but has 15 grams of protein to keep you fuller longer. :-)

    Does it have that yogurt after taste? I am looking for a way to up my protein.

    I'm joining in late. I am struggling with working out due to a running injury and let myself gain about 7-10 pounds that I had previously lost (so frustrating!) so I'm trying to get motivated! I need all the support I can get to shave off these last few pounds!!!

    Worried about weigh in #2. I'm really wanting to kill this. I only have 3 months til I turn 40 and I have blown the first 9 months of this year on not losing lbs... I've gained muscle, though, so losing lbs should come easier. Now I have to stop shoving food in my pie hole.
