I'm in. Had to stop walking and C25k last month because of an injury but I am anxious to get going again. I am going to start off slow and build on my mileage slowly. No injuries!

Slow and steady is the best way. You don't want to cause further injury. Enjoy getting out and about again

Great way to get your miles in - especially after a long night at work. Keep it going

:'( I injured something in my hip that has me under the chiropractor's care so my walking will be much less than usual for awhile.

    September 1--4.42 miles
    September 2--1.34 miles
    September 3--1.37 miles

:) I carry my pedometer with me all the time so this is all my walking for each day.

5 miles today! Yippee I am back to pre-injury pace and distance. For a total of 13 miles of dedicated for exercise walking in September. Sorry about your injury, @barbiecat, I hope it gets better soon. Love your cute Kitty walking!

I sometimes walk indoors using YouTube videos. Leslie Sansome has 1, 2, 3 and 5 mile indoor walks at various levels. Just wanted to share.

Due to being in college I have at least an hour of walking every day.
