I'm in. Had to stop walking and C25k last month because of an injury but I am anxious to get going again. I am going to start off slow and build on my mileage slowly. No injuries!0

5 miles today! Yippee I am back to pre-injury pace and distance. For a total of 13 miles of dedicated for exercise walking in September. Sorry about your injury, @barbiecat, I hope it gets better soon. Love your cute Kitty walking!0

44 minutes of walking yesterday with a bit over 2 miles down... pushing to extend my time from a simple 15 minutes 2 times a day to 20 minutes 2 times a day... and as you see I got it yesterday... off to a good start this morning will post results later for today.0
