I found the "map my walk app"so really enjoying it.Fine weather here as well which helps.Dont know how I'll get on in wet and cold weather right enough.0 -

I injured something in my hip that has me under the chiropractor's care so my walking will be much less than usual for awhile.

I carry my pedometer with me all the time so this is all my walking for each day.
