Although weight loss can primarily be about what you eat.... the question posed is "how do you eat an elephant?" -- answer: "One bite at a time" -- So, how do I complete a 100 mile challenge? Answer... 3.33 miles a day! I can absolutely do that! That was the long answer.... Short answer: I'm in!!! Thanks for the challenge!0

Walked 7.97 miles today--since it was over 100 degrees most of the day, it was a lot of short walks instead of one Long One.

I am in! Training for a half marathon at the moment, so this should be a breeze!

Think I've decided to approach this 100 miles a bit different. I do about 4 miles of walking a day around work and to and from the bus and I was going to add that but I don't think I will now. Any extra walking and all of my exercise on my bike will add. It'll push me a bit further that way!0
