    Nay, nay I say!!! DD Boston Cream Donuts make my taste buds so very happy, I try to have one once a week or two. 310 calories and 16 sugars are totally worth it and actually fill me up.

    But those Yum Yums could very possibly unseat BCDs if I could find them. :D

    Ohmygodyes. I'd throat-punch a kitten for a fresh DDBC. No regrets.

    Most of DD's donuts are not cake donuts.

    Well, I've only been a couple of times, so maybe I just got the wrong ones. But they aren't the nice air-filled warm ones like Krispy Kreme. I don't even think they make them in the store at DD? You don't see any machinery like you do at KK.

    Round Rock Donuts. Though, depending on where you are in Texas, Indiana might still be closer.

    I LOVE Round Rock Donuts. I have to go to RRK about 2x a year for work and I always request these when I'm in our local office...

    That's 1/6 of my whole day. That leaves me only 1000 calories in which to cram all the vitamins and minerals I need, which is dang hard to do with 1200.

    I envy anyone who can blow 200 calories and still get all their many micros.

    I pity anyone who doesn't realize that our days do not exist in a vacuum and that one can make up excesses and shortfalls and subsequently denies themselves the pleasure of donuts.

    Although... we're getting a new place even closer to me called Duck Donuts. I've never heard of it but apparently it's a place from the Outer Banks that's been expanding.     I grew up on KK, and still love them, especially over DD. We got a Duck near us a few months ago. Only been twice because the lines are ridiculous. I honestly didn't expect to like them - I don't think they are yeast donuts, which have always been my favorite, and the toppings seemed a little lacking (compared to Voodoo Donuts, one of my favorites on the West Coast!). But...O. M. G. Something about the way it is deep fried is DELICIOUS! Good thing they have long lines...
