Almost forgot to check in and suddenly remembered as I was falling asleep! I do not feel everyday walking is a chore, it has been great!

I found the "map my walk app"so really enjoying it.Fine weather here as well which helps.Dont know how I'll get on in wet and cold weather right enough.

I started walking about 5wks ago and currently walk @ 0.93 miles in 15 minutes and walk for 45 minutes per day, each day. I have no idea if this enough to help me lose weight as well? Compared to the girls above, I'm far behind!0

I jog in place watching tv. Really helps to get in those steps and burn calories. I am 6 lbs below my original goal of 129.
Still trying to see what I should actually weigh.
Everyone is doing so good. Love these challenges to keep us all motivated. We know we are not alone.

Finally had a chance to hike uphill again, 3.76 miles with 1280 feet gain, plus a mile after dinner for a grand total of 4.76 miles today for me.0
