Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such and inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

    I'm in again this week. I have been on this challenge for 5 weeks now and I have blasted a total of 20,000 calories.

    WOOHOOOOOO! I am SO in again! I love this challenge. Last week, my goal was 4000 and I went over so I am shooting for 5000 this week. That sounds daunting but I am SO GAME!

    i'm in, gonna aim for the 3500 especially since i'm workingtowards dropping at least 15lbs by graduation

    I'm in!!! I really need this challenge this week. Since I have a shoulder injury I am going to keep my calories a bit lower.

    Slow start today but I forgot to bring my headphones to the gym :( It's hard to stay on the elliptical when I'm BORED! Tomorrow I will do more, and hit some more machines. Tested out the hand cycle thingy today and that was cool. Might be a good thing for me to start doing daily.
