    Struggles: Lots of stress (I don't stress-eat any more, but I can tell my body hangs onto the weight when I am stressed... blasted cortisol!)
    On the 'Successes' side: I've been mindful about managing my stress - walking, knitting, hanging out with my goofball dog - and, as a result, I got the 'whoosh' I've been waiting for! (Which means Onederland for me!!!)

    Successes/struggles this week: I'm so mad at myself. I've been overeating almost every day since I got my first tattoo last tuesday. I think it's because I had to eat breakfast (they say you have to eat before a tattoo) so it made me more hungry for the rest of the day... and the next day, and the next, and... :neutral:
    I managed to rein my eating in yesterday, mostly, so I hope today I'll do the same.

    Successes/struggles this week:
    Good news: did really well with exercise this week and it was fantastic. I even opened myself to exciting opportunities such as hiking through a national park. I struggled with the steep inclines/declines but not nearly as much as I would have with the extra 30lbs! I have invested in some hiking boots (dual purpose as winter snow boots) and already planned next weekend's hike!
    Not so good news: My mood has been very low and while exercise helped a little, I gave in to emotional eating and drinking which was caused by self-loathing. My focus this week is soul-nourishing activities and productive thoughts. My self-loathing thoughts are unproductive, ruin my weight loss efforts and do not help me be the loving, compassionate and hardworking person that I want to be.

    Successes/struggles this week: Mostly not letting stress get to me. It ruins my motivation and I want to fail, but then I remember it's better to feel bad for a moment then to feel bad because I failed - then I drink an entire bottle of water in one sitting.

    Weight lost/gained this week: I'm checking in a bit late. Yesterday I had only lost .6 but today my weight dropped to 148.6 which would be a 2 pound loss.
    Weight lost/gained this month: As of today, about 4 pounds.

    Successes/struggles this week: I'm not sleeping well. For a brief period of time, I was falling asleep early and waking early with no problem. But now I am falling asleep by 1am, later than normal, and waking up between 4 and 5:30 and not falling asleep again until for an hour or more. It's wearing me out.

    Yep, been missing - only one reason that happens: I AM EATING AND EATING AND EATING!!

    Since Saturday Morning I have gained 4 lb. Do you think maybe all of my emotional, stress and sugar graving eating has made a statement? Yep it sure has :s

    Success/struggles this week: Struggles have been great this week. I have been fighting with allergies all week and since I am taking an allergy pill that makes me sleepy getting my exercise in has been a challenge. But I am getting my walks in, just not as fast.
