Well did C25K this morning so that's about 2 miles; then a 2 mile cycle into work.
If I go out at lunchtime for a ride and to get some air, that'll be another 3 miles; and then depending on which way I go home, anywhere between 3 and 6 miles. So by the end of today I should have about 40-odd miles done in total!!0 -
I'm in but it is going to be tough because I haven't been logging anything before now so will have to start today. Been really lax last week or so, so this should get me back to focussed!0
