I kind of expected this increase in weight this week. I have been sick for 2 weeks (headaches, nausea, stomach cramps) and after much other advice finally got advice that worked- increase my sodium and potassium levels. I started drinking more sports drinks and a little less water and adding a little salt to my food (before I never used salt on anything) because it's a type of heat exhaustion (not enough salt). Why I am starting to feel better I figured the increased sodium would affect my weight. It's ok though, better than being sick!0 -

I am not suprised at all with this gain. I have been rather lazy with my workouts this week and went over on my calories many days. I think I was in a grumpy mood slump. I also overly enjoyed Friday and Saturday night. Next week WILL be a better week. As soon as everyone has logged their weigh in I will get to work on posting the spreadsheet. I have been updating the info as you guys have been weighing in.

06/01: 136.8lbs Well the last couple of challenges I've joined I have missed my goal. 1.8lbs doesn't seem like much of a goal for the month so I may change it. I made the goal before I knew exactly where I was starting but that's alright I may adjust after a week or 2 depending how things go. I'm only figuring in .5lb a week right now.

It was a good week. I started walking with one of my daughters in the pm and actually jogging the last 10 minutes of the run. I haven't jogged in years ( and do I mean years!). It feels good. I hope that I can keep it up!0 -

I just spent 2 hours at the gym and re-weighed myself(which I never do) and I am 134.2....I am going with that number instead
