    Had a bag of protein chips with dinner, which wasn't planned, but I was still hungry as dinner wasn't what was planned (I'm not the cook, lol). But nothing after that.

    Thanks! One day at a time. I am actually starting to have a little more energy, and ever since my MD appointment at the beginning of the month when I was told it would be good to lose some weight to get into a good BMI, that has definitely been a motivation for me.
