I will have a bb, and think of England, when I get back

My husband is from the UK and misses British bacon. But we did find some in a British imports shop a few miles away.

My breakfast - Heritage Flakes and milk (fuel for weightlifting), then go weightlifting, then smoked salmon and avocado after.

  • same as every day. Chocolate protein shake made with 1 cup of skim milk and 2 tablespoons of powdered peanut butter -- all zipped together in the blender with ice....Chocolate peanut butter shake! Yummy -- and helps me hit my protein goal!

This: Egg over easy, two pieces of center-cut bacon; half a slice of vollkornbrot-style bread with guava jelly; half a cup of plain dairy kefir + 12 oz water kefir; and a press pot of coffee with 2 tbsp skim milk and a little cocoa powder.

Let me know how the yoga goes! Thinking of doing some yoga classes myself. Heard that it's great for keeping the muscles relaxed and flexible?[/quote.

I have been taking Yoga for several years. It is wonderful!!!!
I usually have a one egg omelet with melted cheese in the middle and black coffee. It keeps me full for quite a while. I tried two eggs, but it was too much food.

Two Eggo Thick n Fluffy waffles, with a little butter and maple syrup, with black Deathwish coffee. I love Sundays.

Other days of the week, it's Kashi GoLean, 2% Fairlife milk, half a serving of protein powder, and the coffee preworkout, and Shamrock Farms muscle protein-drink-thing postworkout.

I just buy English muffins, toast them (didn't this morning), then spread some ricotta on them and drizzle honey on top. Very easy and not a lot of calories (250 this morning), and it works with any muffin (or waffles, or pancakes, whatever, lol). One of my favorite breakfasts.

Steel cut oats with wild blueberries and 2 slices low carb whole wheat toast with land o lakes light butter
  • Today I had a packet of instant oatmeal with skim milk, with 28g of crunchy peanut butter mixed in for flavour/texture. I topped it off with 62g of strawberries! I've been finding this breakfast to be super easy and convenient for me in the mornings.

Cream cheese sriracha scrambled eggs cooked slow over a low heat (the only way I'll do it, you can't rush these!) on a bed of sauteed bell peppers, canadian bacon, mushrooms, spinach and provolone. Everything was cooked in delicious bacon fat.

I made a healthy pancake recipe (egg whites, protein powder, banana, baking powder, cinnamon and vanilla extract), and I must say I was impressed! They turned out very yummy :) Along with some coffee and 1 tbls of coffeemate flavored creamer.
