    I am just barely 5'2. My start weight was 165 and I am down to 158, only been at it a couple weeks. My current goal is trying to get under 140 and then I will probably set another goal to maintain around 120.

    5 ft 10 in.

    I accidently went past my goal weight of 140 Ibs. at least 6 months ago and it's been stable between 133-135.

    Currently at BMI of 24.1, I think.... I would like to get mid range of the Normal BMI range for my height and see how that feels and looks....

    I am looking forward to reaching my GW and then focusing on tightening up the loose muscles and skin.... B)

    5'8 current 160 with around 19% bf hoping to be 165 and 12% ft. Just keep lifting, just keep lifting. :)

    Sw was 151lbs
    Cw is 129 lbs
    Gw is 119lbs

    After that I'll decide if I want to try my hands at a bulk or not.

    GW: 139 - Maintenance range 139-145. (that's smack dab in the middle of "normal" BMI range- Otherwise I and everyone around me will make me feel like I am too skinny already at 160 since I carry all my weight on my cushy backside :( )

    too embarrassed to tell you my current weight. lets just say since i am short, i look like the michilen tire man. my goal weight is between 135-140 (wanting 135, if i can maintain it)

    Current weight 127.6

    On August 19, I weighed 133.7. I got a DEXA scan: BF% 32.7, lean tissue 85.6 lb, bone 4.5 (lb? the readout didn't say).
    Goal weight will be somewhere between 115-120, depending on what BF% I reach by the time I hit 120. I plan to get another DEXA to find out. I will probably end up going the recomp route. I'd like to reach 20%.

    Starting weight- 213 in April 2015
    Current weight- 173 (40lbs down today!)
    Goal weight- 140-150
    I cannot even picture what I will look like at that goal since I haven't been there since high school. I am both excited and nervous to see final results!

    My goal weight is 117 ish - though this changes on a daily basis ;)

    I'd say my ideal weight range would be 117-120.

    I'm 5'9" by 185, +/- 3#. Would love to have another 5-10# of muscle, but my knees prefer me weighing less, so this seems a good compromise.

    5' 10" currently 188lbs goal is 174lbs with a leeway max of 177lbs before I panic as I have regained in the past! Keeping a tight hold is essential for me. Age 54, female.

    5'7 and currently 164. Goal is 145.

    Not happy with my weight gain since I quit smoking and in peri-menopause. I will do it and will take my time to get there. Life-style changes in amount of exercise and eating at a slight deficit should work.

    I'm 5'6, currently 182. I'm aiming for 140, and then to eventually end up at around 150 after putting on some muscle.

    As a teen up until I was 20 I weighed 110-125 then I got married 2007 (right after my 20th bday) and had a baby in 2008. The most I have weighed since my daughter was born is 199 and the least is 170. I felt great at 170, but was still not considered healthy. I am ready to feel great and be healthy so come on 125-140!!!

    I am happy that you are happy! According to BMI I think that would make you underweight. It is just as bad to be under as it is to be over. Just a thought. :) Have a good day.

    BMI would be 20.83. Poster would have to lose 15 more lbs to be underweight.
