Toning stomach fast

Hi so iv got 2 weeks until an important night out. I'm very active but feeling less toned atm.

Can I look more toned in afew weeks? What can I do for fast results on arms and belly my legs are fine

    'Tone' is just having a low enough body fat percentage to see the muscle, so there's probably not much you can do in a fortnight apart from trying to keep water weight/bloating to a minimum.

    LOL probably not.

    maybe try working out/dieting for the long term and not events….

    the only think you can "do" is keep eating in a deficit and working out.

    Weights girl! Get yourself to some heavy weights! Compound lifts are amazing.

    Not sure about arms, but if you cut down on Carbs and Sugary treats (or anything that bloats you) for a few weeks your stomach might look flatter!
    And just continue to exercise.
    It's my Birthday in 6 weeks and even that isn't really enough time for me to "tone up".
