Morning snack ideas from my friends in the USA?

Good evening people (well it is here in UK). What do you all have for morning snack? I'm stuck. Any good tips? What we eat here in UK is not as good as an example as you in USA...most of the time, ha ha:)

    Usually a piece of fruit.
Right now honey crisp apples are in season and I got some from our local farmers market so I am having them for my morning snack.

    Fruit, especially berries

That's about it. I don't do much morning snacking.

I watch the Great British Bakeoff. It certainly looks like you all have some good bakers over there. :)

I go for fruit most mornings. Greek yogurt or mixed nuts if I'm feeling more hungry than usual.

Brit in Can has Greek yogurt with half a Smart for Life protein bar crumbled in it and a few berries. 180-200 cals 16-18g protein, and best of all, very tasty.

Kalikel, I watch it too. Drool.

    Cheers, h.

I just discovered something new for fall breakfasts. I roasted an acorn squash with pumpkin pie spice and maple syrup for dinner one night. Then in the morning took some of that and warmed it up then topped it with some plain Greek yogurt, pecans and a drizzle of honey. Very yummy.

I like an orange or apple for a snack. They are easy to take with you on the run!

I don't really snack in the morning unless I wake up much earlier than normal.
I like things like fruit, raw vegetables (carrots, tomato, peppers), cheese, popcorn, granola bar, olives, or yogurt for snacks.

    edamame
    cottage cheese
    peanut butter
    deviled eggs
trail mix- nuts, dried fruit, pretzels
    hummus
    pickles

I usually have an early lunch instead, but when I have a snack, it's typically some kind of protein or granola bar or nuts or Greek yogurt with some fruit.

That sounds delightful. I think I know what I'm having for dinner tomorrow. Thanks for the idea!

I've been obsessed with cinnamon Graham crackers and either PB2 or peanut butter, depending on which fits into my day. Not the healthiest, but I have a sweet tooth like no other.

    fatty coffee?

I grind my own coffee beans and then use a fench press. Then combine 1 tsp grass fed cow butter plus 1 tsp of mct plus 1.5 to 2 cups of coffee in a blender. Whirl. When you decant it there will be foam on the top.
