I'm 5'4 and used to weigh 220 lbs. eventually I became sick and tired of being overweight and decided to do something about it. Through diet and exercise, I managed to get to 150lbs. I'm really proud of myself as we all know just how challenging weight loss is. Now I'm onto the next phase of the challenge: toning up.

I really enjoyed reading through the success stories! You're all amazing! Keep up the great work!

It took me close to two years. I'd do a few weeks/months at a time, then I'd start making poor eating choices again. this is why it took me such a long time.

I would always have one cheat day during the week where I could eat whatever I wanted. I think this kept me on the straight and narrow to losing weight. Lower calorie foods can be quite boring sometimes as they're usually very simple. :p
